Theater Garden, Ltd. is dedicated to the development and production of new works, as well as re-interpretation of classic drama. We believe in a theater which connects us to our history and heritage, which uses the power of live performance to bring a community together in dialogue, debate and celebration. We are committed to the arts in education, as well as art as education. Our mission is to produce entertaining, socially relevant theater that brings history to life for students of all ages.

The Great Bridge
Theater Garden's new musical, "The Great Bridge", tells the story of the creation of the Brooklyn Bridge from the varying perspectives of the engineers, workers, politicians and criminals involved the most ambitious construction project of the age.

DCA funds "The Great Bridge"
For the fourth year in a row, Theater Garden has received funding from the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs for the development of new work which explores an aspect of American History.
